These are the ones I refused to let go of.
These songs survived my agressive deletion mania because they carry the strongest melodies and the heaviest memories. They came from the specific moments that shaped who I am.
I play these songs to myself in the evenings.
I have recorded them on casette tapes and sent them to lovers.
I sent them to people I left.
And I sent them to people who left me.
This collection is the soundtrack of my life. I am finally taking them out of the drawer.
